A spanner that calculates spacing constraints ("rods") using the separation-item-interface grobs in elements.

User settable properties:

padding (dimension, in staff space)

Add this much extra space between objects that are next to each other.

Internal properties:

elements (unknown)

list of grobs, type depending on the Grob where this is set in.
